WMDave.com Acquires Wild Man Dave's Chords & Lyrics Page

AUSTIN, TX (Scooters News Services) - WMDave.com announced that it has completed an agreement to acquire Wild Man Dave's Chords & Lyrics Page ("Wild Man Dave's"). This will consolidate holdings and create one of the world's most thorough lyrics conglomerates, triggering a shakeout of chord & lyrics sites throughout the galaxy.
WMDave.com will own 100% of controlling stock, in exchange for certain considerations which will remain undisclosed.
Under the terms of the agreement, Lyricmaster Wild Man Dave will remain on Wild Man Dave's Board of Directors, and WMDave.com's designees will be elected to two of the three seats.
Wild Man Dave's is a leading provider of free chords & lyrics in text-based ChordPro format, a proprietary format used by discerning free-style song fakirs the world over.
WMDave.com, which provides redundant data redundancy and a burning sensation to over one hundred clients worldwide, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of W M Dave, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of W M David.
